About Me:I want to join the Peace Corps, I want to climb as many mountains as I can, I want to help as many people as I can, and I want to own enough shoes to fill something large. I have done a lot of great things that look great on a resume. When I played YMCA soccer in kindergarten, I kicked the ball all the way across the gymnasium. When I was in 7th grade, I was on the Geography Bee team. When I was in high school I could have won the award for being the president of the most clubs. I have amassed a respectable shoe collection. I have campaigned against world hunger, genocide, violations of human rights, and the lack of cake at notable events. I know how to roof houses, build adobe homes, balance a jug of water on my head, coordinate colors, and procrastinate taking advantage of every last second. I have two great dogs, a license to fly, zero cavities, and chapped lips.
Quotes:When you rise in the morning,
give thanks for the light,
for your life, for your strength.
Give thanks the joy of living.
If you see no reason to give thanks,
the fault lies in yourself.

Is the dressing-down of America a good thing? Why do stores carry those beautiful dresses and tuxedos if the only place where people dress up th...

Christian churches need to distinguish between dangerous people and safe people and act accordingly.

If a person poses a threat to the church building or the people inside, church employees have the right to ask that person to leave or take other steps to make sure that that person does as little damage as possible. Example 1: A church is so big that they feel that they need armed guards on the premises. A gunman enters the building, shooting parishioners. The armed guard shoots the gunman. Example 2: A church located near a football stadium sells parking spots on home game days. The chur...

"Abstinence-only" sex education has not been effective.

The US, the only developed nation who still teaches abstinence only education, has the highest rate of teen pregnancy and abortion among developed nations. The effectiveness of sexual education can also be measured by the number of STDs and STIs, which is increasing....
