Incest (that is having sex with a family member, Not having a child with a family member) is not wrong, Because it does not harm anyone.

Just regular Incest side effects:

Incest can damage the social life of the victims greatly. It most affects families and friends. The perpetrators become outcasted, Shunned, Or worse, Continue those acts. This can harm the mental health of both the perpetrators and even worse when they have a child, At some point they have to reveal the truth. Making the child an outcast too.

Child Birth side effects:
Your claim of incest not harming anyone is very wrong in childbirth too. There can be horrific side effects because of it. Some possible effects are weak immune systems, A badly functional heart, Or sadly die soon after birth. Most cases of incest come from royals because they believed that they needed to keep their blood pure. So I will be using some case of royal incest that went bad to prove my point.

1. King Tut

King Tut's dad had actually married his sister and soon, They gave birth to King Tut. So Tut had something called Kohler's disease. It's EXTREMELY painful and not only that but he had a feminine thigh and an overbite. Also a cleft palate and a bent spine. Ouch. . .

2. Charles The II of Spain

His parents were related as uncle and niece. This gave him such a horrific look that he was actually named "The Bewitched".
He was described as lame, Short, Epileptic, And senile. He was even completely bald before 35. He didn't talk before he was 4 and didn't walk till he was 8. When an autopsy was done it was found that his heart was the size of a peppercorn, He was corroded lungs, And his head was filled with water.

3. Tsarevich Alexei Nikolaevich

This guy was the heir to The Russia Empire. But he was born with Hemophilia. So he didn't live very long. This is due to him being related to Queen Victoria with because of recessive genes. In fact, MANY people related to Queen Victoria have bled out and died by a brain hemorrhage.
LIke her son Prince Leopold, Her grandson Prince Friedrich of Hesse and by Rhine, Her great-grandson Prince Waldemar of Prussia, And her OTHER great-grandson Prince Heinrich of Prussia.

Let me start with addressing the child birth side effects:

Incest means having sex with a person so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry. So this does not include having children with family members, Which I even explicitly said in my opening argument.

Moving on to 'Just regular Incest side effects'. This is an interesting point. My opponent claims that incest will lead to social repercussions. I agree with this. But where my opinion differs is that I do not believe an action is wrong because it is not socially accepted. By that same argument equal rights for women would be wrong in Saudi Arabia, Executing LGBT people would be ok in the UK a couple centuries ago. Decisions should be regarded as wrong or right on their own merit, Not by some societal norm.
