As I said previously, This is a matter of opinion, But I believe that, At least from a storytelling perspective, The producers for the Marvel movies do a better job getting you to like the characters. Now, While I will admit that the writers of the DC comics were very good, And came up with incredible characters and their villains, The producers of the DC movies are lacking in just about everything. The characters are just unrelatable, And the story lines are often more dark than they should be. Justice league was generally despised, And in my opinion, They should have made the batsuit different, Because it makes Ben Affleck look fat and rather ridiculous. The actor they chose to play Superman, Henry Cavill, Is just too introverted to make a good impression as Superman. The Flash, Aka Ezra Miller, Is weird looking and does not give off Flash-y vibes. As I said, The comics are great, But the movies leave much to be desired.

"The producers for the Marvel movies do a better job getting you to like the characters"

Perhaps, They try to make their characters more relevant with the times. But to me, This almost takes away their uniqueness as they are just fitting in. I love Batman, And there's no way a character like him will start becoming more hip or such. And every DC character has something about them that everyone can attach themselves to. Righteousness - Superman, Necessary force, Intelligence, Dark - Batman, Teenagers - any of the Teen Titans, Etc. .

"The producers of the DC movies are lacking in just about everything"

If you're talking about the live action movies, I don't like the characters and story lines at all. If we're talking about the animated movies, There's nothing better than watching Batman destroy people with his superior skills and intelligence. The animated movies and series are just to die for. Marvel always has a childish feel with their animated movies. And their live action movies feel better than DC movies, But I'm still not too crazy about them. I'd much rather watch other movies than a superhero Marvel movie. Almost feels like I'm watching the Bee Movie.

"The characters are just unrelatable, And the story lines are often more dark than they should be"

Characters are always unrelatable in many ways, But still relatable in many. Also, The dark feel is GREAT. I absolutely hate Marvel's laid back feel like the characters are going to a picnic. This is one of the main reasons I love Batman. I also relate with him, Because he's intelligent and athletic. One of the things I hate in many story lines EVERYWHERE is how easily certain things could have been avoided. Almost as if they had to make the character stupid in order to progress the story. With Batman, It's the exact opposite. He's always in an impossible situation (more realistic when the villains have the upperhand and. . I don't know, Take advantage of it? ! ), And he uses his skills and intelligence to find a way out. He's constantly battling against the odds, But he's simply superior and can win. For me, Batman is one the most relatable characters.

"Because it makes Ben Affleck look fat and rather ridiculous. "

It did a tad, But it was alright. What I didn't like is how they made Batman seem like just a regular dude with a lot of fighting prowess. He's also highly intelligent, Yet the movie showed him falling for basic stuff. Again, The live action movies aren't up my alley. But as raw characters and animated movies, DC is way beyond Marvel.

"As I said, The comics are great, But the movies leave much to be desired. "

I agree with the movies, I haven't even seen the Justice League one - I didn't even bother. The animated movies are where it's at.

I agree fully with you on most of your points. The animated movies and series are much better than the marvel ones, But when you say the dark feel is great, I agree, But I also disagree. It can be good, But it can also be too much. I agree with you though, Batman is awesome. And, A word of advice, Don't watch the justice league movie. It's really not worth your time.

And much better than any live action movie.

Never for me, The darker the better. I want to see Characters go through hell and back.

:)

Lol, Wasn't planning on it, But thanks.

Better in what regards? Characters? Storytelling? Their movies? Who you can closely relate and be attached to? Be more specific, Because the statement is generic.
