Change my mind

I'll bite. In your next response, Please clarify the intent of the topic and your stance--it is unclear what exactly you are arguing. Is yours a prescriptive argument that Nature Restoration ought to be our ultimate goal, Or else that it already has priority on a particular committee's agenda over (other) protective inititiatives? Who do you mean by "our? " By "ultimate, " do you mean that Nature Restoration interests supercede other interests in general (e. G. Nature Restoration is intrisically more valuable than self-expression), Or else do you mean that it is preferable to restore biology rather than to otherwise protect biology in all cases?

I'll posit that restorative efforts in biology cannot universally displace protective ones, Since permanent loss in biodiversity (e. G. Species extinction) cannot feasibly be "restored, " while such conditions can be reasonably "protected" against. It is my understanding that biology restoration is in some respect a sub-discipline of biology conservation (1), And consequently restorative efforts are protective. It seems as if you may have the terms in the topic reversed, As success in biology restoration is a success in biology conservation. On the other hand, Environmental protection does not always necessitate restoring something in order to be effective in accomplishing the shared goal.

I won't go further before your response, Since I am not confident I understood your intended topic of discussion. Please distinguish the terms in case I have misunderstood you.

I mean, Our goal is to make nature better. Protect will only draw a line in withdrawal, In which they just don't decrease, But restoration is increasing the wild life.
