Pro You're for India, with 3 rounds.  Con India produces many of the things that we use in everyday life. It"s well known for its products. Diamonds, jewelry, refined petroleum, medication, iron, paper, rice, " the list goes on. If for example, India decides to stop exporting the goods, iron would be more expensive, rice would not be as cheap as it is now, and diamond prices would definitely go up. Medication would be harder to get. This can upend the fragile economy of the US and other countries that rely on these products. The US is the top export destination of India, with $42 billion dollars worth of goods exported every year. Russia mainly exports oils and natural gasses. |
