I don't want to hear (or read) self-righteous moral arguments. Rather from secular and liberal (fukc political conservatism) perspective what is wrong with it? |

People seem to dedicate themselves to ideals, Nations, Religions, Other people in marriage, In ways others find slavish. There's been thralls, Serfs, Peasants in history, And cultures that found it normal/good. I suppose there have even been cultures that thought slavery good. . . Though 'I'm glad my culture doesn't. Unless one get's over-semantic arguing about government, Social contracts, Capitalism. |
