Maybe 40 or 45 minutes of just one lunch instead of 2 or 3 lunch periods will do. Usually Junior High and Middle Schools have 3 lunch periods by grades, Like 7th grade lunch, 8th grade lunch, But with 3 grades, There doesn't need to be 3, Just one period of 40 or 45 minutes, 2 30 minute lunch periods should be for High Schools and 3 lunch periods should be for Elementary schools, That should make a difference.
Everybody should eat more often and lose weight (If fat). If not fat then get fat by eating a load of food bye going to the store and buy food or just if you don't have a car have a friend take you to the store or your mom or dad.
