Should violent video games be banned?

Just think about banning violent video games, guys!

  Think about what violent video games are! They are realistic killing games. Is this what you want your child to be practicing?! People die from stress involved in playing this. They practice going on killing sprees. Why would anyone want to be practicing that?! I don't think anyone should play "games" about killing and death.

well, video games aren't the only place they will see this stuff, theirs the news, tv, real life at some points, and when they are older their bound to see more deaths.

I know how you feel but there has to be a balance. It is not like someone plays a violent video game and the next moment takes out a knife a murders someone. It is that person's choice! They are fully conscious that the are doing something wrong. It is not violent video games that change their temperament, it is us. We are the ones who decide on committing crimes! These people do not know how to -control themselves and it is not the games's fault!

The people that you stated that died from playing video games was not caused by stress, but from long marathons where the person neglected their bodily functions, leading to their death.
