  • Is it legal? Yes. Is it good policy? Absolutely!

    Trump has no power over making or revoking "laws". He does however have a lot of power over regulations. The difference being that laws must be passed by Congress, while regulations are written by bureaucrats, and are supposed to make the laws clearer and more easily understood, and to make the enforcement of laws easier. However, when you get too many regulations, you inhibit freedom.
